Sarah Heczko
Biography
Sarah Heczko is a dedicated homeopathic practitioner with a wealth of experience and expertise in holistic health and psychology. She graduated from the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London, England, in 2023 and is registered with the North American Society of Homeopaths. Her passion for holistic well-being was ignited in 1999 after a life-changing car accident that reshaped her outlook on health and recovery. Through this experience, Sarah discovered the profound benefits of yoga and breathwork, which not only facilitated her healing but also became a cornerstone of her daily life.
In 2013, Sarah deepened her commitment to these practices by completing a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher training in London, England. Since then, she has shared her knowledge and passion for yoga, guiding students to embrace the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of this practice.
Sarah earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in Minnesota in 2003 and went on to complete a Master of Forensic Psychology from Portsmouth University in England in 2006. During her career in psychology, Sarah worked extensively with individuals in challenging circumstances, conducting group therapy sessions for sex offenders in prisons and through the Probation Service.
Drawing from her diverse academic and professional experiences, Sarah now specializes in homeopathy with a focus on mental health and female health. Her practice supports both adults and children, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and burnout. In addition, Sarah offers compassionate care for women navigating all stages of life, from puberty and fertility to menopause and beyond. Her unique approach integrates her deep understanding of psychology with the supportive benefits of homeopathy, allowing her to provide tailored, holistic care for her clients.
