Guidelines for Telecast/Webinar Events sponsored by NASH
NASH is an organization supporting the homeopathic profession as a whole and our members individually. It Is not NASH’s mission to provide training in homeopathy or in any way compete with the homeopathic schools and other organizations that are training or offering primary or continuing education.
The purpose of the events is to stay connected to our membership and offer the general community information pertaining to homeopathy as a profession. For our members, the webinars are intended to offer support to improve as a professional homeopath. In the spirit of the intention, there are no continuing education credits (CEU’s) offered for attending the events. NASH recognizes the presenters’ expertise and time devoted to preparing and presentation. Presenters will receive two NASH CEUs as a thank you for the volunteering to participate in NASH events. No monetary exchange or exchange of goods or services shall occur. Our Registered NASH members will be given first preference in scheduling a webinar.
Topics such as business development, tips on creating and maintaining a practice, empowering clients, provings, news and current events, regulatory climate for homeopathy, etc. are encouraged. Topics that are available through teaching organizations such as schools are not encouraged. These might include “classes” about materia medica, repertorization, philosophy, etc.
The posting of these webinars will be at the discretion of the Director of the Student Liaison program. Some webinars may be posted to the NASH website that are accessible to the general public. Some webinars will be posted where only members can enjoy them. This will be based on the appropriateness of the subject of the webinar in regards to the intended audience.
